These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Gig3 platform and services provided by Gig3 Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). Gig3 is a decentralized freelancing platform that connects clients with freelancers using blockchain technology and cryptocurrency payments.
By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the service.

By accessing or using Gig3, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use our services.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account.
You may not use our platform for illegal activities, fraud, harassment, spam, or any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
All content you post must be accurate, lawful, and not infringe on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including tax obligations, in your use of the platform and any transactions conducted through it.
All payments are held in smart contract escrow until project milestones are completed. This protects both clients and freelancers.
We charge a 5% fee for clients and 10% fee for freelancers on all transactions. Fees are automatically deducted from payments.
You acknowledge the risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions, including price volatility and potential technical issues.
In case of disputes, our mediation team will review the case and make a binding decision based on the evidence provided.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients own all intellectual property rights to work product created by freelancers under their projects.
All content on the Gig3 platform, including design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Gig3 and protected by intellectual property laws.
By posting content on our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services.
If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated, please contact us immediately with details of the alleged infringement.
We provide our services 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Our platform integrates with third-party services including blockchain networks and wallets. We are not responsible for their performance or availability.
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by freelancers or the accuracy of user profiles.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. However, ongoing projects and escrow obligations will continue until completion.
We may retain certain information after account termination as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability will survive termination of these terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
